Job Overview

At Lavazza, the Spare Parts Clerk is responsible for the management and processing of all spare parts for production equipment across our West Chester, PA facility.
This position is based on site in our West Chester, PA office.
Job Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound spare parts shipments and accurately process goods receipts in SAP, ensuring physical and system accuracy
  • Maintain organized storage and inventory of spare parts in compliance with GMP standards
  • Monitor inventory integrity by conducting spot counts, investigating discrepancies, and supporting year-end inventory reconciliation
  • Locate and issue parts and materials for maintenance and other departments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop and maintain strong product and parts knowledge to support internal customers
  • Proactively identify, report, and resolve receiving or inventory issues with urgency and attention to detail
  • Maintain effective cross-functional communication with technical teams, production, and warehouse personnel
  • Support general warehouse operations and assist with daily onsite warehouse tasks as needed
  • Demonstrate a high level of care, precision, and accountability in handling materials
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3–6 years of related work experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or spare parts environment
  • Valid forklift certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP material management and proficiency in Microsoft Office and related Lavazza systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and independently manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, sound technical judgment, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong data collection and analysis capability related to quality, efficiency, and vendor performance
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-focused environment
  • Ability to coach and mentor associates and positively influence team performance
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning new methods and techniques
  • Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed to meet operational and customer demands
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and walk/stand for long periods
