The Lavatory & Water Agent maintains and services aircraft lavatories and water systems by cleaning, refilling, ensuring proper functionality, adhering to health and safety standards, and maintaining accurate service logs to support timely flight schedules.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AS A LAVATORY & WATER AGENT
  • Use of personal protective equipment, including a face shield and hearing protection
  • Ability to comprehend and execute safe procedures concerning blood-borne pathogens and universal precaution controls
  • Use lavatory and sanitary water equipment to safely empty, flush, and fill aircraft systems according to airline and regulatory requirements
  • Execute daily quality control checks on equipment
  • Maintain equipment in clean and functional condition
  • Follow all local environmental procedures in emptying waste trucks in designated areas
  • Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at the job location
  • Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Ability to coach, train, supervise and motivate a team of lavatory & water agents
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
  • Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
