Responsibilities
  • Collect, wash, dry and fold all hotel linen and towels, maintaining an adequate supply of necessary items to perform daily work.
  • Greet and assist guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
  • Receive and put away deliveries while maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage areas.
  • Assist with cleaning, stripping or inspecting guest rooms as needed.
  • Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items.
  • Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

Qualifications
Previous customer service, cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this role, you need basic verbal and written communication skills. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.
