Bradford Square Nursing & Rehabilitation is currently is seeking a part-time Laundry Aide to join our team. Our facility is comprised of professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest quality of life for those served while encouraging the support of family, friends, and community. Laundry Aide Responsibilities:

  • Perform general laundry tasks, such as washing, drying, and folding laundry.
  • Wash, dry, fold, iron, and store all facility laundry.
  • Wash, dry, fold, and distribute all residents’ personal clothing.
  • Keep work areas free of hazardous conditions, spills, baskets, supplies, equipment, etc.
  • Discard waste and trash into proper containers and re-line receptacles with plastic liners.
  • Assure that work assignment areas are clean and that equipment, tools, supplies, etc are properly stored during work periods, as well as before leaving the area for breaks, meals, and end of workday.
  • Clean laundry equipment, carts, etc.

Laundry Aide Requirements:

  • It is preferred that the Laundry Aide will have a minimum of a high school diploma or completed a GED program.
