Job description

The Laundry Attendant supports the Brightwild guest experience by ensuring all linens are properly washed, dried, folded, organized, and fully stocked across our properties. This role maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency while working closely with Housekeeping and Operations to keep spaces guest-ready and aligned with the Brightwild brand.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sort linens by fabric type and color
  • Pre-treat stained or heavily soiled items
  • Load washers and dryers using proper settings and chemicals
  • Fold, stack, and prepare linens for distribution
  • Deliver linens to rooms and food & beverage areas as needed
  • Track laundry production and assist with inventory

Cleaning & Equipment Care
  • Clean laundry room, machines, and work areas daily
  • Maintain lint traps, drains, and equipment per SOPs
  • Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly

Standards & Safety
  • Follow work schedule reliably
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior
  • Follow all company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures
  • Use proper lifting techniques and protective equipment
  • Report accidents, hazards, or guest concerns immediately

Team & Guest Support
  • Provide friendly, professional service to guests and coworkers
