Laundry Assistant

Cedar Haven Healthcare Center – Lebanon, PA

Cedar Haven Healthcare Center is seeking a full-time Laundry Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Lebanon, PA.

Shifts

Part-Time

• 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

and PT 2pm-10pm

• Every Other Weekend (EOW) Required

• Every Other Holiday (EOH) Required


Rate: $16/ hour

Responsibilities

• Place soiled facility linens and residents' personal laundry into washing machines

• Fold or hang residents' personal laundry and transport items to resident rooms

• Hang clothing in closets and place clothing in drawers

• Sort, wash, dry, and distribute linens and personal items

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area

• Follow all infection control, safety, and laundry procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or a related field preferred

• Familiarity with laundry equipment and cleaning materials

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
