Position Overview:
River Bend Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant to support daily operations at our skilled nursing facility. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established housekeeping procedures to ensure cleanliness and infection control standards are met.
  • Collect, sort, and launder facility and resident linens.
  • Fold, hang, and distribute personal laundry to resident rooms accurately.
  • Organize and properly store clean clothing (closets, drawers, designated storage areas).
  • Maintain laundry equipment and report maintenance concerns promptly.
