Job description

Join Pilgrim Place, a welcoming senior living community in Claremont, CA, where respect, kindness, and teamwork guide all that we do. We're looking for a dependable and compassionate Housekeeper/Laundry Floater to join our team. In this role, you'll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
What You'll Do:
  • Cleans and maintains resident homes, rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Dusts, polishes furniture, vacuums carpets, and cleans windows and floors.
  • Performs deep cleaning tasks such as shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.
  • Assists with guest rooms, moving furniture/equipment, and housekeeping or laundry support.
  • Follows safety practices, attends meetings, and completes other assigned duties.
