Job description

NeuroCare Sales SpecialistResponsibilities:
  • Build rapport with regional team members and external stakeholders (HCPs and office staff) and respond to their needs
  • Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide patient education
  • Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions, using industry insights to differentiate and achieve sales targets
  • Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively utilize promotional budget funds
  • Address market challenges and collaborate with internal teams to execute cohesive sales strategies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives
  • Maintain required call average (face-to-face with HCPs focused on top target customers)
  • Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned geography/regionAdhere to all compliance policies and guidelines
  • Achieve sales goals, reach objectives, and complete administrative duties
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably related field)
  • Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
  • Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts; engaging multiple stakeholders in COEs/academic medical centers/integrated health systems/specialty practices
  • Preferred: specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders
  • Preferred: experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or other complex disease states
  • Preferred: new product launch experience in specialty/complex markets
Skills/Requirements:
  • Proven accomplishments in this market; strong written/oral communication
  • Ability to interact with HCPs in-person/virtual and be proficient with technology
  • Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred
  • Pass background, motor, and drug screening
  • Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Regular travel (incl. overnight/weekend/air)
