Program and Initiative leadership
  • Lead the design and launch of new initiatives, communications, and resources that increase seller engagement with performance metrics (e.g., defect rate awareness, policy adherence, fulfillment quality).
  • Test new approaches through pilots, iterate rapidly, measure impact, and scale successful initiatives across the Marketplace.

Cross-functional leadership
  • Partner closely with Product, Business Operations, Analytics, and Marketing to ensure alignment on business needs and together drive the enablement strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal partners on seller behavior trends, performance risks, and strategic opportunities for improvement.

Team Leadership

  • Provide direction, coaching, and development opportunities that empower associates to bring their best selves to work while fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are:
  • A strong communicator who leads through influence and builds trust.
  • An experienced people-manager who develops talent and builds a culture of excellence.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complexity and create actionable plans.
  • A data-driven leader who applies analytical rigor to decision-making.
  • A hands-on operator with a bias for action and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketplace enablement, seller activation, merchant growth, partner operations, strategy consulting, product management, advanced analytics or related fields.
  • 5+ years people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.

  • Experience influencing and collaborating across large, matrixed, and rapidly growing organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics, STEM or related technical or quantitative fields. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
