Why This Role Matters

As the North American business continues to grow across products, channels, and customer segments, strong operational execution is critical to supporting customer satisfaction and commercial success.

This role ensures inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and launch readiness activities are coordinated and executed effectively across the business. By managing key partner relationships, maintaining inventory visibility, and proactively resolving operational issues, this position helps prevent execution gaps, supports informed decision-making, and enables the organization to scale with greater consistency and efficiency.

What You Will Do

3PL & Fulfillment — Day-to-Day

• Manage daily coordination with our 3PL partners across the US and Canada

• Own inbound logistics and customs clearance for finished goods entering North America

• Coordinate kitting, postponement, and value-added services with 3PL and contract manufacturers

• Handle reverse logistics: returns, refurbishment, warranty tracking, and failure analysis with CS and Engineering

• Monitor fulfillment performance and resolve issues — don't hand them off, close them

Launch & Promotional Readiness

• Make sure inventory, logistics, and fulfillment are confirmed before any launch or promotion goes live across B2B, B2C, & DTC

• Track dependencies and timelines across commercial, supply chain, and ops teams

• Identify gaps and risks early and drive resolution before they become problems

Inventory Visibility Across Channels

• Keep real-time tabs on inventory across DTC platforms, retail, wholesale, and B2B accounts

• Flag stockout risks, coordinate replenishment, and keep channel health visible

• Feed accurate demand planning inputs to Supply Chain and Purchasing on time

Reporting & Operational Tracking

• Own the trackers and dashboards that keep launches, inventory, and fulfillment status visible

• Prep materials for business reviews and operational planning discussions

• Make sure the right people have the right information without having to ask for it

Process & Execution

• Build and standardize coordination processes with 3PL partners and internal teams

• Spot bottlenecks, fix them, and make sure they stay fixed

• Help establish operating rhythms as the NA business scales

Requirements

What You Bring

• Solid hands-on experience in fulfillment ops, 3PL coordination - supply chain is a nice to have

• Direct experience managing 3PL relationships: daily coordination, issue resolution, holding partners accountable

• Worked across multiple channel types — DTC, B2C, B2B — and understand how fulfillment and inventory needs differ across them

• Comfortable with inbound logistics, customs clearance, kitting/postponement, and returns/refurbishment flows

• Can track inventory across channels and know what to do when things go sideways

• Able to work across Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience without needing a lot of hand-holding

• Familiar with ERP systems, WMS or TMS tools, and/or retailer or other platform portals

• You operate independently and collaborate cross-functionally

• Based in or willing to relocate to St. Louis, MO

How We'll Know It's Working

• Launches ship on time with inventory and logistics confirmed in advance across all channels

• 3PL partners are meeting SLAs and issues get resolved fast

• Inventory and fulfillment status is visible without anyone having to chase it down

• Stockouts, fulfillment failures, and execution gaps go down over time

• Demand planning inputs are on time and accurate
