Revelyst Golf Technology brings together some of the most trusted names in golf innovation - Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, GolfLogix, and PinSeeker - under one platform dedicated to helping golfers play smarter and improve faster. Our teams design and build the launch monitors, rangefinders, sensors, and connected software that golfers and coaches rely on at every level of the game, from the driving range to the PGA Tour.
As the Sr. Product Manager, Launch Monitors & Simulators, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle management of our launch monitor and simulator portfolio. You will serve as the voice of the customer and the business, driving cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, marketing, sales, customer support, and finance to deliver innovative products that strengthen our leadership position in the golf technology market.
This role requires a unique blend of product management expertise, technical understanding, and commercial acumen. You will guide products from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring successful market adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term business performance.
This position reports to the Director of Product Management and is based at our Carlsbad, CA headquarters.
As the Sr. Product Manager, Launch Monitor & Simulator, you will have an opportunity to:
  • Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for launch monitors and simulator solutions, from concept through launch, growth, and end-of-life planning.

  • Define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.

  • Partner with Engineering to deliver innovative hardware, software, and connected experiences that enhance golfer performance and engagement.

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure successful product development, manufacturing readiness, and launch execution.

  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning, ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and Finance.

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, pricing recommendations, and market segmentation strategies in partnership with Marketing.

  • Support sales enablement through training, product demonstrations, competitive analysis, and channel readiness activities.

  • Gather and analyze feedback from golfers, coaches, fitters, retailers, and industry partners to inform product enhancements and future innovation.

  • Monitor product performance and key business metrics, including revenue, market share, customer adoption, satisfaction, and profitability.

  • Drive post-launch product optimization through customer insights, usage data, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and the business, balancing technical feasibility, user needs, and commercial objectives.

  • Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and business performance recommendations to executive leadership.

You have:
  • 7+ years product management for consumer hardware + software products

  • Comfort operating in the space between product/user experience, engineering, marketing and business

  • Sharp communicator who can tailor updates for an engineering team and executives in the same day

You might have:
  • Experience in outdoor, sporting goods, or lifestyle hardware categories

  • Familiarity with channel sales (retail, e-commerce, distributor) launch requirements

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
