The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the insurance industry and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the independent insurance agency market.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to tailor our IT solutions to meet client requirements and enhance service offerings.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent SMART IT Services at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Requirements
