Job Title: General Production WorkerJob Description

We are seeking a skilled General Production Worker trained in electronic assembly of switches for various industries including military, government, agriculture, and healthcare. The ideal candidate will handle small parts and must possess good hand/eye dexterity. Responsibilities include working with hand tools to build different component parts, gathering necessary materials, and placing components onto PC boards. This role requires standing or sitting throughout the day with a keen attention to detail.

Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing setting characterized by long rows with five workstations each. The culture is relaxed yet focused on results, providing a balance of autonomy and expectation. The position requires standing and sitting throughout shifts, with temperature checks conducted at the beginning and end of each shift. The available shifts include a 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with potential starts as early as 5:30 am, and a 2nd shift from 3:45 pm to 12:15 am. Candidates should be open to working 50-60 hours per week, including 3-4 hours of overtime daily.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.40 - $15.40/hr.
