Description

American Traveler is hiring a Rehab RN for a night shift inpatient position requiring at least 1 year of Med/Surg, LTAC, or SNF experience and an active IL RN license.

Details
  • Inpatient Rehab unit setting
  • Patient ratios of 1:5-7
  • Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 18:15 to 6:45
  • Every other weekend required
  • Floating required
  • Uses Epic charting system
Requirements
  • Active IL RN license in hand
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience required
  • LTAC or SNF experience also accepted
  • Nursys report required (pulled within the last 2 weeks)
Additional Information
  • Provide direct patient care within an inpatient rehab setting, including respiratory support, IV therapy, and cardiac monitoring
  • Participate in rapid response and code team activations as needed
  • Complete non-billable orientation modules (2-3 hours) specific to the profession
  • First-time travelers are accepted, provided they have at least 2 years of overall experience
  • Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
  • RTO limited to a maximum of 7 days, with no more than 3 consecutive days and none during the first or last week of the contract
  • Block scheduling not accommodated
