Location: San Francisco, USA (onsite) | Duration: 5 weeks starting 1st October 2026] | Spots: 2About Antler

Antler backs the world's most ambitious founders from the very start. Founded on the belief that innovation is the key to building a better future, we partner with people across six continents to launch and scale high-potential startups that address meaningful opportunities and challenges. Knowing that exceptional founders can come from anywhere with any background, we have offices in more than 25 cities, including New York, London, Berlin, Stockholm, Bangalore, Singapore, Seoul, and Sydney.

Our global community supports founders on deep business model validation, initial capital, expansion support, and follow-on funding. Fueled by a personal passion that goes beyond traditional investing, we have helped create and invested in more than 1,500 startups across a wide range of industries and technologies.

A better future won't happen automatically. The world needs talented, determined, and resilient people to build it. Antler team members are part of an ambitious global community dedicated to helping the most driven founders move the world forward.

About Embark

Embark is Antler's US market entry program, one of our key post-investment "magnets" for founders. It's built for ambitious teams from MEA, SEA, India, and AU who are ready to crack the American market, and it's the only program of its kind run by people who've actually made that jump themselves. Over the cohort, founders get direct, in-person access to operators, investors, and builders from Antler's global network.

The Role

We're looking for two video content and events interns to join our Embark cohort in San Francisco this October. You'll be the eyes, ears, and camera of the program: capturing sessions, founder office hours, panels, and one-on-ones, and turning them into content across video, photo, and real-time social. The other half of the role is operational, helping run the cohort day to day, from founder logistics to session scheduling to on-ground coordination. You'll work directly with founders from across MEA, SEA, India, and AU, and be in the room with some of the sharpest operators, investors, and founders in Antler's network.

What You'll Do
  • Create video content (short-form, long-form, event coverage, real-time social clips) capturing Embark sessions, founder office hours, and panels
  • Capture and amplify community moments through real-time content across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram
  • Support programming operations: founder logistics, session scheduling, and on-ground coordination during the cohort
  • Keep cohort communication, trackers, and schedules up to date, and ensure smooth handoffs between sessions and speakers
  • Log footage, pull key quotes and clips, and package organized raw material for the editing team's quick turnaround
  • Collaborate with the Antler India content team and global Embark stakeholders
What You Bring

Required

  • Comfortable shooting and editing video (phone or DSLR), and able to capture clean, social-first, vertical footage without hand-holding
  • Familiarity with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Descript, or similar)
  • Able to be based in San Francisco, in person, for the full duration of the program
  • A startup-ecosystem native who can spot a good founder story in a room full of good stories

Bonus

  • Prior experience in a startup, VC, or fast-paced content environment
  • Motion graphics, photography, or podcast production skills
  • Familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, etc.)
What Makes You Perfect
  • Tool-agnostic creator: you'll use any tool, traditional or AI-powered, to create outstanding content
  • Organized enough to run logistics for a fast-moving, high-stakes cohort without dropping balls
  • Comfortable in high-energy rooms with investors, operators, and founders, and unfazed by last-minute changes
  • Self-starter with a genuine curiosity about startups and venture capital
What We Offer
  • Direct, in-person access to founders from Antler's MEA, SEA, India, and AU cohorts, all building for the US market
  • A front-row seat to how a global venture builder runs a market-entry program, from content strategy to on-ground execution
  • Past cohorts have been in the room with operators, investors, and founders including Tanay Kothari (WisprFlow), Mukund Jha (Emergent), Varun Vummadi (GigaML), Aaron Cannon (Outcast), Gokul Rajaram (Marathon VC), Dheeraj Pandey (Nutanix), Soham Ganatra (Composio)
  • Only 2 spots, so this is a small, high-trust team with real ownership from day one
How to Apply

Send your resume and a short reel or portfolio of past video work to anshul@antler.co, subject line "Video Content & Events Intern, Embark SF, [Your Name]". Apply before Sep 15.
