THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity to join our founding team as a Delivery Driver. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering Thrive Market products directly to our members. Job Details -Shift: 'Per Diem', or 'As needed' basis - We operate 7 days a week, looking for part time drivers. Pay: $21.70 per hour.
Note- This role includes working on the weekends with opportunities to pick up weekday shifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Driving a company-supplied Sprinter Van
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicle with up to 50 lb. packages
  • Delivering goods to customers by driving a company vehicle during workdays
  • Keeping track of inventory and supplies in the truck
  • Communicating with the Delivery Team on days when deliveries are made
  • Providing a top-level customer experience to every member you interact with
  • Other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous delivery driving experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and walk up/down stairs throughout your shift
  • Operate and navigate a delivery van/box truck
  • Operate pallet jack
  • Working and driving in varying weather conditions
  • Able to pass a DOT physical exam
  • Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, and Drug test
