POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a licensed esthetician who is excited to be both a Front Bar Receptionist and FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert. This is a hybrid role which will first start at Front Bar while training to perform esthetician services. This is a great fit for someone who loves client interaction, sales, skincare education, organization, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Front Bar is a key client service, sales, and operations role at FACE FOUNDRIÉ. You will......

  • Greet clients warmly, check clients in and out, answer phones, book appointments, and manage client communication.
  • Use Boulevard POS for scheduling, client notes, payments, memberships, rebooking, and client profiles.
  • Recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ services, enhancements, memberships, packages, and skincare products.
  • Help meet or exceed sales goals, including memberships, product sales, ebooking, and enhancements.
  • Maintain an organized appointment schedule and support smooth salon flow.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, product stocking, merchandising, laundry, linens, housekeeping, and general salon maintenance.
  • Keep the Front Bar, retail area, treatment areas, and back-of-house clean,morganized, stocked, and guest-ready.
  • Notify management when supplies, products, or operational items are low.
  • Assist with local marketing efforts, including in-store promotions, social media support, Google Business support, events, pop-ups, and local outreach as needed.
  • Create and maintain strong working relationships with all team members to promote teamwork and a high level of client service.
  • Follow all company timekeeping, attendance, safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
  • Attend mandatory trainings, team meetings, and coaching sessions.

  • Once trained, tested out, and approved by management, responsibilities may include:
  • Perform FACE FOUNDRIÉ services according to brand protocols and training standards.
  • Services may include facials, HydraFacial/H2Glow, chemical peels,
  • Procell/microchanneling, brow waxing, brow tinting, lash lift + tint, tweezing, scalp massage, and other approved services.
  • Analyze client skin concerns and recommend appropriate services, enhancements, products, and homecare.
  • Support acne clients through Face Reality protocols, packages, and product recommendations, once trained.
  • Complete client consultations, consent forms, treatment notes, Skin ID recommendations, and rebooking recommendations.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, hygiene, and state board requirements before during, and after services.
  • Maintain treatment areas and support service room turnover, cleanliness, and stocking.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Current Esthetician lIcense or student.
  • Guest service, retail, front desk, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client experience and sales-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and warm, professional presence.
  • Sales-oriented and comfortable recommending services, memberships, enhancements, and products.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take feedback.
  • Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

  • Experience with facials, extractions, HydraFacial, dermaplaning/oilplaning, Procell, chemical peels, brow waxing/tinting, lash lift + tint, or similar services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience handling inventory, stocking, merchandising, or retail operations.
  • Familiarity with Boulevard or similar POS/scheduling systems.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic technology.
  • Interest in marketing, social media, events, and local community outreach.

Job Type: Part Time to Full Time

Compensation: hourly pay + gratuities + product commission + membership sales commission + Google review bonus + monthly / quarterly incentives

Availability: Nights and Weekends Required and some holidays
