Experienced CNC Laser Operator
Starting at $22.50/hour + 15% Shift Premium = $25.88/hour
Higher starting pay available for candidates with 5+ years of experience

SPIROL has over 75 years of precision manufacturing experience supporting the aerospace, automotive, industrial, and capital equipment industries. Our Stow, Ohio facility is growing, and we are looking for experienced CNC Laser Operators to join our team.
What You'll Do
• Set up and operate Amada CNC laser cutting machines
• Process parts according to blueprints, prints, and production requirements
• Perform machine setup including program retrieval, nozzle selection, and proper gas setup
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and material specifications
• Use calipers, tape measures, and inspection equipment to verify tolerances and quality standards
• Operate overhead cranes and handle raw materials safely
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and production efficiency standards
• Follow all safety and material handling procedures
What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 3 years of CNC laser operation experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication concepts and processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production routings
• Ability to use measuring and inspection equipment accurately
• Basic computer skills in a Windows based environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
