Job Summary
We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our team in Fruitport, MI. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating laser cutting equipment, ensuring precision and quality in all produced parts. This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Set up, operate, and monitor laser cutting machines
  • Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Load and unload materials using an overhead crane
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and job specifications
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance on equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating laser cutting equipment preferred
