Job description

About this role
Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need of highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) with a minimum of one (1) year experience as a Correctional Registered Nurse in-patient experience, preferably with a background in working with juvenile patients who are incarcerated struggling with mood, anxiety, and other behavioral conditions in a variety of settings. Individuals should be comfortable working in a locked forensic environment with frequent interactions with law enforcement.
Pay Rate: $50/hr
Location: Malibu, CA
Shift: 8 hour shifts | Day shift | 16 week contract | * This position follows an Alternative Workweek schedule. Under this arrangement, daily overtime is applicable only after 12 hours worked in a day.
Requirements:
  • Required certifications include active Registered Nurse license
  • AHA BLS
  • MAB or CPI
  • LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA City)
