  • Equipment operation & maintenance

We are looking for someone who wants to learn a trade, grow with a team, and become a valuable part of a professional production environment.
What You'll Do

  • Learn and operate multiple types of production equipment
  • Help organize and move jobs through production efficiently
  • Support finishing, packaging, shipping, and installation prep
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas

  • Team player willing to help across departments
  • Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced environment
  • Mechanically minded and comfortable learning equipment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow professionally

Experience Helpful (But Not Required)
  • Printing, signage, production, manufacturing, or shop experience
  • Experience operating equipment or tools
  • Shipping, warehouse, or trade-related backgrounds
  • Experience working in deadline-driven environments

What Makes Someone Successful Here
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt and stay organized
  • Taking initiative without constant supervision
  • Supporting the team when priorities shift
  • Caring about quality, efficiency, and customer experience

This position is ideal for someone looking for steady full-time work, long-term growth, and the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the print and signage industry. $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE with room for growth when you make it happen.
If you are dependable, motivated, and ready to grow with a strong team, we'd like to hear from you.
We are one of the nations leading communications businesses backed by 50 years of professional experience and extraordinary growth. While technology plays a pivotal role in our industry, from print, signs and marketing to online ordering portals and more, we believe a rewarding career is shaped by people, purpose and passion.
If you dream of being part of an organization with a great heritage, progressive leadership and cutting-edge technology, discover the world that is Sir Speedy and its independent franchisees. Sir Speedy is a leading industry provider of printing, signs and marketing services, but we're less corporate culture and more close-knit family. We collaborate on ideas and dreams. Push boundaries.
