ShirtHub- The leaders in quality garment printing and fulfillment services for medium and large eCommerce clients is looking for motivated machine operators to join our production and design team. As a Digital Machine Operator/Production Artist you will work in a fast paced production environment to produce high quality printed t-shirts and other garments using state of the art Kornit direct-to-garment printers and wide format dye sublimation presses.

Schedule: We are currently hiring for 1st shift.

Candidates should be detail oriented and fast paced.

Key Competencies

-Must know basic math and how to use a ruler

-Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

-Must keep things running to meet tight deadlines

-Basic troubleshooting skills

-Must be trustworthy-Basic knowledge of computers

-Reliable & dependable

-Consistent positive attitude

-Must work well in a team atmosphere

Duties May Include but are not limited to:

-Operating digital and press equipment for custom products

-Using pick lists to determine style, color, size, quantity and customer notes

-Visually inspect product to confirm there are no irregularities, damages, etc.

-Preparing package for shipment to customers

-Place completed orders in designated areas

-Picking products to be printed

-Assisting customers with artwork and designs and making art print ready

-Keeping the work area organized and clean, general cleaning

-Stocking shelves and receiving goods

-Assisting Customers

Background in Art and Design and Photoshop and illustrator is preferred but not necessary for this position.
