LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort is seeking a polished, results-driven Director of National Accounts focused on the Northeast market to help grow group and corporate business representing our luxury resort experience with sophistication and confidence. In this role, you will build strategic relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and position the resort as a preferred destination for meetings, events, and group travel. If you are a high-performing sales professional with a passion for hospitality and a talent for creating lasting client partnerships, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Develop and grow national account relationships, corporate partnerships, and third-party planner business.
  • Identify and secure new revenue opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Lead sales presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits that showcase the resort's accommodations, venues, dining, and amenities.
  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate across sales, catering, marketing, and operations to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Monitor account performance, market trends, and booking pace to drive strategic sales decisions and repeat business.

What we're looking for: 5-10 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality, hotel, resort, or group sales; a strong track record managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth; excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; and experience with CRM and sales reporting tools. Candidates should be professional, organized, self-directed, and committed to delivering a high-touch service experience.
