Job description

Position Overview
Precise Language Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Spanish Language Services Intern to assist with research-related and linguistic projects during the Fall 2026 semester. During the initial phase of the internship, the intern will work part-time (20 hours or more a week). Responsibilities will include analyzing Spanish-language multimedia content following established review procedures, documenting information accurately, and assisting the team with general project coordination.
The intern may also assist with desktop publishing, document formatting, file preparation, and other language-services tasks as assigned. This opportunity is ideal for a student interested in Spanish, research, healthcare
communication, or the language-services industry.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support research-related projects involving Spanish-language.
  • Review Spanish multimedia content according to established project guidelines.
  • Accurately document findings and maintain organized project records.
  • Follow confidentiality and data-handling requirements.
  • Meet project deadlines and communicate questions or concerns promptly.
  • Assist with desktop publishing, document formatting, and file preparation.
  • Support linguistic tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Precise Language Solutions team on additional projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a bachelor’s degree in Spanish,
  • translation, interpreting, linguistics, or a related field
  • Fluent in Spanish & English language.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage repetitive assignments while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with desktop publishing, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, or document-formatting software.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and translation/interpreting experience is preferred but NOT required.

Schedule and Internship Term


The selected intern should be available to begin on or around August 10th, 2026. Part-time on-site availability will be required during the internship.
