Job description

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to work with middle and high school students in Chester, PA.
Details below:

  • This is a contract position for the 26-27 school year
  • Work hours are from 7:15 AM to 4 PM
  • Applicants will be covering several sites, and need to have access to a reliable personal vehicle
Pay and Benefits:
  • Hourly, W2 pay of $50 to $57/hr
  • Health, vision and dental insurance
  • Employer-matched 401(k)
Requirements:
  • Pennsylvania SLP license
  • Education Specialist certificate for SLPs, issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Education
  • 1+ years of experience in school settings strongly preferred
As a school-based SLP, you will:
  • Assess students on their speech and language needs.
  • Participate in eligibility meetings
  • Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students
  • Develop individualized education plans and present them to parents, school administrators, and others involved with student evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of Pennsylvania Special Education procedures and best practices for SLPs in school settings
