Job description

We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Front Desk Manager to lead our school reception area in Doral. You will be the face of our English language school, ensuring latin students feel at home while keeping school administration running smoothly. Your role combines warm customer care with organized student re-enrollments, payment collections and school administration.

Key Responsibilities

Student Care & Front Desk Leadership

  • Welcome students, visitors, and guests with an enthusiastic, supportive attitude.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for student questions and general support.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and reply promptly to email inquiries.
  • Follow up students when needed.

Enrollment & Revenue Management

  • Track student program end-dates to anticipate re-enrollments.
  • Remind students about upcoming tuition deadlines and course extensions.
  • Process re-enrollment paperwork and collect tuition payments.
  • Update student financial profiles and accounts accurately in the school database.

School Administration

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Assist school directors with basic administrative and data entry tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in front desk management, customer service, or school administration.
  • Languages: Fluent Spanish is required. Conversational English is highly preferred but not obligatory.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle financial transactions securely.
  • Traits: Empathetic, proactive, patient, culturally sensitive, and organized under pressure.
  • Education: Associate Degree, College Degree or high school diploma/GED.
