Summary of Role:

The Demand Planner role will play a critical part in theadvancementofaourForecasting and Demand Planning process at GlobalFoundries.This role willalso serve as the central owner of reporting infrastructure and supportthe demand planning organization by drivingconsolidated reporting and executive-level demand insights.We have very exciting goals for the next several years and this position will be critical todrivingour results.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Generate, validate, and adjust statistical models by independently running best-fit forecasting algorithms and comparing accuracy with statistical plans

  • Partner withBusiness Unitsto align on the consensus demand plan by reviewing risks and opportunities and building trusted customer relationships to solicit strategic business insights

  • Maintain and modify demanddriverinputs based on information frombusiness unit teams

  • Analyze accuracy of demand driver inputs and provide recommendations based on historical data/ demand trends

  • Interface withbusiness unitsto resolve demand gaps/ imbalances and shape demand

  • Responsible for accuracy of demand forecasting models andinputs.

  • Own consolidated demand reporting across business units, ensuring accurate, timely and standardized visibility into forecast performance, demand changes, and key business trends.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear insights into forecast accuracy, demand shifts, risks, opportunities, and business performance.

  • Consolidate inputs, assumptions, and key demand stories from business unit planners into cohesive, executive-level summaries and presentations

  • Build recurring executive reporting packages for demand reviews, business updates, leadership forums, and strategic planning discussions

  • Analyze demand trends, cycle-over-cycle changes, forecast variability, and performance metrics to identify actionable insights and root causes

  • Drive reporting automation and process improvements to reduce manual consolidation efforts and improve reporting efficiency

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs, planning tools, and consolidated demand views

  • Create visual presentations and executive-level materials that effectively communicate demand outlooks, business shifts, and key planning assumptions

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education -Bachelor'sdegree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field

  • Experience -5years minimum experience in:Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting, demand planning,PowerBI, and data analysis

  • Strong business acumen and end market knowledge

  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability toidentify and translate business process gaps intoanalytical solutions

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with hands-on experience with forecasting and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis,Logility, etc.)

  • Strong and deep knowledge and experience with MS ExcelandPowerBI

  • Skills:Hands-on experience with forecasting and planning tools (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis,Logility);experiencein an ERP environment (i.e. SAP or Oracle) is preferred

  • Language: Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated proficiency in modeling and forecasting

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously

  • Ability to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with Planning, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders

  • Ability to strategically identify and validate semiconductor industry trends and demand drivers

  • Executive presence and comfortable presenting and working with senior leadership

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Execution oriented - thrive under pressure with a demonstrated ability to get things done

  • Strong attention to detail - ability to accurately manage, update, maintain large datasets.

Expected Salary Range

$88,000.00 - $154,000.00
