Enterprise Account Executive, Life Sciences
Are you a strategic, growth-oriented sales professional with a passion for building enterprise partnerships in the life sciences space? Lionbridge is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of high-value life sciences clients.
In this role, you will own and expand enterprise relationships-engaging senior stakeholders, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that support complex initiatives across clinical development, regulatory, and product commercialization. You will operate as both a trusted advisor and a commercial leader, helping clients navigate global content, language, and digital transformation challenges.
What You Will Do
  • Own and grow a portfolio of life sciences accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to drive long-term revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across business and technical stakeholders, including executive-level contacts.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities by uncovering whitespace, expanding into new buying centers, and increasing wallet share.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to understand client challenges across clinical development, regulatory submissions, labeling, and product launches.
  • Position Lionbridge solutions in a consultative, outcome-oriented way tailored to life sciences use cases.
  • Act as a strategic advisor by bringing insights on industry trends, compliance requirements, and digital transformation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions, Operations, and Delivery teams to shape proposals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead internal alignment on deal strategy, pricing, and solution design to drive successful outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline and provide reliable forecasting and reporting through CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Stay current on life sciences, localization, and global content trends to strengthen client conversations and opportunity creation.
  • Represent Lionbridge as a trusted partner in all client interactions, including meetings, presentations, and industry events.

To Be Successful You Will Have
  • Experience: 6-10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, account management, or business development-ideally within life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries.
  • Enterprise Selling: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence multiple stakeholders, including executive decision-makers.
  • Revenue Ownership: Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota and driving account growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of life sciences workflows, including regulatory, clinical, and commercialization processes.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify growth opportunities and build account strategies aligned to client goals.
