The company offers in-person, video remote, and over-the-phone interpretation, as well as professional translation, localization, subtitling, and voice-over services in more than 300 languages, including ASL. MHMS relies on carefully vetted, professionally trained linguists and secure, proprietary scheduling and reporting technology to ensure reliability, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and IDEA. Role Description: The Scheduler/Language Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver,

CO, responsible for coordinating and managing interpreter assignments across

multiple clients and service modalities. This role includes daily scheduling

of in-person, video remote, and phone-based language services, confirming

details with linguists and clients, and updating the scheduling platform with

accurate information and documentation.


The coordinator communicates regularly with interpreters and client contacts to

address requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure timely, professional

coverage.


Additional responsibilities include monitoring compliance with company policies and client requirements, maintaining data integrity in reporting systems, and supporting quality assurance processes, including collecting feedback and escalating issues.


The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing courteous, service-oriented support to diverse stakeholders.


Qualifications Required:
