Job description

Reports to Principal/Licensed Landscape Architect


Key Duties Daily oversight of maintenance activities and installation projects

Assist Principal with preparation of detail budgets and bids for selected projects

Supervise personnel and/or outside sub-contractors to perform work on time, within budget and in accord with high-quality designs

Maintain and expand vendor and client relationships

Qualifications At least three years’ previous experience in residential or landscape construction

Proven experience managing construction crews and sub-contractors using best practices

Ease in reading and understanding plans and specifications

Strong commitment to job-site safety

Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills; bi-lingual in Spanish desired

Valid Texas driver’s license, able to pass background check

Good physical condition, able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
