We are seeking a New Business Development Sales Representative to help drive the next chapter of our growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the landscaping or green industry. This role requires a motivated professional who can identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients, including commercial property managers, HOAs, municipalities, schools/universities, hospitals, developers, and high-end residential owners who require landscaping installation or maintenance services.
  • Lead Qualification: Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on emerging landscaping trends, client demands, and regional growth opportunities.
  • Networking: Attend community events, industry conferences, and trade shows to connect with decision-makers and influencers.
Sales & Client Relationship Management
  • Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, schedule meetings, and deliver proposals to prospective and existing clients.
