Job description

Alderwood Landscaping specializes in custom, high-end residential landscape construction — outdoor living spaces, fire features, water features, and stone hardscapes. We do not perform lawn maintenance or commercial/tract work.

Pay: $24.00–$29.00+/hour, depending on experience, plus average production incentives of $2.50–$3.00+/hour. Benefits included (see below).

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with construction of patios, walkways, retaining walls, water features, fire pits, and other hardscape elements.
  • Operate hand tools and light equipment, with training.
  • Move and place landscape materials (stone, gravel, pavers, soil, etc.).
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Follow site safety procedures and crew leads' direction.

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites required.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor consistently.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Prior landscape construction experience preferred, but not required.
