ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
LANDSCAPING
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Landscaping Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between Mackey Services and assigned property owners and/or managers, ensuring all landscape-related services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism. The Account Specialist is responsible for building strong client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting overall all account profitability.

Account Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional 5-star customer service
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned landscaping clients
  • Address client concerns promptly, professionally, and with solution-based communication
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
  • Execute annual contract renewals and service increases
  • Oversee sold work to ensure timely execution and high-quality results
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate scheduling, completion and service close-out
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-through

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven success in sales, account growth, or client retention
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace applications
  • Ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check
