Landscapers may work for residential, commercial, or public properties, and often collaborate with clients to develop customized landscape plans that meet specific needs and budgets.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Landscape Professional, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Landscape Professional, you need knowledge of horticulture, site planning, and landscape design principles, often supported by a degree in landscape architecture or horticulture. Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD, GIS systems, and landscape construction tools is typically expected, along with relevant certifications such as CLARB or state licensure for landscape architects.
