Job description

Job Responsibilities & Duties
Perform landscaping maintenance on properties
Ensure following of all safety measures by crew members
Communicate with the client about property needs
Assist in job scheduling & timekeeping for crew
Skills & Qualifications
Valid U.S. driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)
Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule
Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills
Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed
Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise
At least 1 year relevant experience
English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus
We are urgently hiring a full-time Landscape Field Manager in the Lexington, KY area.
