Role 
The Account Field Manager is responsible for the overall condition, performance, and contract compliance of assigned properties. Hybrid Position balancing admin and field work This role serves as the primary field-side owner of each site, ensuring landscape maintenance is completed correctly, issues are identified early, and work orders are executed efficiently and to standard
Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain full field-side ownership of assigned properties, ensuring all landscape maintenance is completed correctly, consistently, and in accordance with expectations and standards.
  • Manage Team of 3-5 Employees
  • Management of irrigation timer to owner specifications
  • Execution of diagnostics and repairs of irrigation components.
  • Ensure weekly mowing and general maintenance is completed properly by subcontractors and employees
  • Monitor turf quality and prevent scalping, uneven cuts, or excessive mulch buildup
  • Ensure all lawn and garden areas receive sufficient irrigation coverage
  • Delegate repair work to Foremen or Technicians when appropriate and verify completion
  • Oversee weed control, shrub replacement, and seasonal trimming schedules
  • Identify tree trimming needs to maintain proper clearance from buildings, walkways, and parking areas in accordance with established church standards
  • Respond to, manage, and ensure timely completion of all work orders for assigned properties
  • Create work orders for issues identified during routine property inspections
  • Ensure all required reporting sheets are completed accurately and submitted on time
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with church representatives, subcontractors, crew leads and crews, the Business Manager, and office staff regarding scope, priorities, and property needs
  • Monitor Performance of crew leads and crew members.
  • Filing daily reports.
  • Execution of landscape enhancement projects when applicable
  • Creating Estimates
  • Out of scope work order creation
