This Landscape Account Manager position is a dynamic sales and account management opportunity focused on enhancing properties and communicating effectively with both new and existing landscaping customers. The ideal professional will actively generate new business, nurture existing client relationships, and provide essential oversight and management to the lawn and plant healthcare division.


Based in Commerce, MI, this award-winning, full-service landscape and maintenance firm is renowned for creating custom outdoor spaces and delivering reliable, year-round property care. Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by selling landscape enhancements, maintenance services, plant healthcare, and snow management solutions.
  • Track weekly sales pipelines and lead prospecting activities to ensure consistent business development.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project proposals to customers in-person.
  • Manage enhancement projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing strict adherence to timelines, profitability, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train field crews while collaborating seamlessly with the Operations Manager and project managers to facilitate safety and operational training.
  • Lead direct reports, holding teams to high standards of accountability while working collectively to ensure client and company expectations are met.


Requirements

  • Previous professional experience working as an Account Manager within the landscape or maintenance industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully nurture existing client relationships while consistently generating new business from sales leads.
  • Strong foundational understanding of landscape maintenance, plant health care, property enhancements, and seasonal snow management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse new and existing customer base.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with a proven track record of training, supervising, and holding direct reports accountable.
  • High level of confidence and proficiency in preparing and successfully presenting project proposals in-person.


Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 - $90,000 base salary, based on experience.
