Landscape Maintenance Foreman
Full-Time | Alpharretta, GA - North Branch | Metro Atlanta


Crabapple LandscapExperts is one of Atlanta's top 5 locally-owned landscape companies. For over 30 years, we've partnered with HOAs, senior living communities, corporate campuses, and commercial properties across Metro Atlanta. We're looking for a motivated leader to run a crew out of our Alpharretta, North Branch.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and train a landscape maintenance crew on-site
  • Inspect properties to keep them neat, safe, and on schedule
  • Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
  • Drive the company vehicle and maintain it properly
  • Report daily to Operations Managers on property performance
  • Submit timesheets, inspection reports, and daily debriefs

Requirements

 What You Need

  • 4+ years of grounds maintenance experience
  • Experience leading at least 2 people directly
  • Skilled with plant ID, pruning, mulching, mowing, and edging
  • Comfortable with 2-cycle equipment (chainsaw, brush cutter, shears)
  • Valid driver's license, 21 and over required; a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be run
  • Comfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbs
