Job Description

Looking for an experienced Operations Manager for engineered components used in the aerospace, defense, and transportation industries.  The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years in a leadership position managing/overseeing a similar environment.  This person will have a creative, entrepreneurial vent to increase revenues and grow business.  Experience and knowledge in brazing, surfacing, welding, thermal processing, fabricating, machine and overhauling required.

Qualifications

1. MBA and  Bachelor's degree in Engineering

2. Proven track-record of P&L responsibility.

3. 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in Aerospace Industry.

4. Demonstrated track record for delivering results

5. Demonstrated knowledge and leadership of marketing, engineering, purchasing, financial planning, business planning, and operations.
