Five Seasons Landscape Management Inc. has partnered with Ruppert Landscape - same team, just a different name in the Columbus market. The Landscape Field Manager position is full-time focusing on leading a team of 2-4 crew members teaching and executing proper mowing, bed maintenance, pruning, mulching, leaf removal, fall cutbacks, trash and debris removal, and delivering amazing customer service. The Field Manager position owns and manages each property and their team they are assigned to ensure all services are completed by deadline and at high quality. Valid driver's license required. Premium snow pay during snow events. This position is located at our Reynoldsburg branch.

What we are looking for in a Crew Leader…

  • Prefer a minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial mowing, mulching, and landscape bed maintenance; previous crew lead experience, and Driver's License with ability to be insured under company insurance
  • Equipment: must be able to operate and maintain zero turn mowers, string trimmers, push mower, hedgetrimmer, leaf blower, Skid Steer, and hand tools
  • Customer Service: this position is expected to communicate with clients and residents on property, communicating any issues and services we are providing and offering solutions
  • Leadership: must be able to coach new team members on proper horticulture and equipment operations, up hold company policies and hold team members accountable, and follow through on completing service reports, tracking materials, completing job reports.
