Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of residential and commercial accounts. As the primary client liaison, this role ensures service excellence, drives revenue through upselling and retention, and proactively identifies opportunities to enhance client properties. This position requires strong industry knowledge, organization, and relationship management skills.
