At Three Seasons Landscapes, we believe in providing high quality lawn maintenance services that keep our clients' properties looking their best. We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Lawn Maintenance Crew Members.

The Role You'll Play
As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will assist in the care and maintenance of residential and commercial landscapes. You'll be responsible for mowing, trimming, edging, and other essential tasks to ensure properties remain pristine and well-groomed. Your work will contribute to the high standards of service our clients expect from Three Seasons Landscapes.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Lawn & Landscape Maintenance
    • Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to maintain lawns.
    • Assist with weeding, mulching, pruning, and general plant care.
    • Apply fertilizers and other treatments as directed.
    • Conduct seasonal clean-ups, aeration, and overseeding.
  2. Team Collaboration & Efficiency
    • Work closely with crew leaders and team members to complete tasks efficiently.
    • Follow instructions and company procedures to ensure quality results.
    • Assist in loading and unloading equipment and materials.
  3. Equipment & Safety Management
    • Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and properly.
    • Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required.
    • Report any equipment issues or hazards to supervisors.

What You Bring to the Team

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
