We specialize in landscape construction, maintenance and snow removal.  Currently, our dedicated and hardworking team is seeking a new Landscape Construction Crew Leader to join us, to lead our crew in delivering high-quality landscaping projects.   In this role you will oversee all on-site aspects of our landscape construction projects.   You will:  * Manage the execution of construction projects, including planning labor and equipment requirements, material deliveries and timing to ensure completion of jobs within project deadlines * Manage safety, quality, and productivity of work at sites and/or in the shop/yard  * Assist in preparing job sites prior to starting projects  * Supervise, coordinate, and schedule day to day work activities of a crew of 2-4 employees  * Delegate job tasks to appropriate crew members and assist in the completion of landscape constructions  * Conduct on site orientations with employees, and employee training  * Operate various tools and equipment, including heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovel, hammers, drills, etc. * Assist in construction of walkways, fences, decks, etc.  * Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment  * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to delegate and complete work activities * Meet with subcontractors to supervise quality, efficiency, and deadlines * Complete and submit required daily paperwork  * Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization  * Ensure all work activities are carried out safely and efficiently, and in compliance with government and company PPE standards as well as local health and safety laws and regulations  * Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner   Working with Envision Landscapes: Since our inception in 2011, we’ve grown exponentially, and now employ a whole team of passionate landscaping professionals.
