Job Title: Facilities / Maintenance Technician
Location: Onsite (5 days per week) | Johnson City, TN 37601 
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Facilities / Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of our property. This is a hands-on role that requires being on your feet throughout the day and the ability to move continuously between tasks. The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  •  Perform daily trash removal and general property cleanup 
  •  Operate leaf blowers and maintain exterior cleanliness 
  •  Handle seasonal duties including snow removal and salting 
  •  Assist with landscaping tasks such as trimming, mulching, and general grounds maintenance 
  •  Complete preventative maintenance and minor repairs (lighting, HVAC checks, odds-and-ends repairs) 
  •  Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner 
  •  Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition 
  •  Support additional facility needs as they arise 
Qualifications:

  •  Previous experience in facilities maintenance, property maintenance, or a related field preferred 
  •  Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks 
  •  Basic knowledge of building systems (lighting, HVAC, general repairs) 
  •  Strong work ethic with a flexible, team-oriented attitude 
  •  Growth mindset with willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities 
  •  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

  •  Must pass a clean background check 
  •  Reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursement provided; company vehicle available for certain tasks)
