BruZiv Landscaping LLC is a locally owned full-service landscaping/snowplowing company, offering quality landscaping and snowplowing services across the Mentor, Ohio area. You need to be able to direct a crew and have knowledge of landscaping tools, terms and expectations. 
We are looking to add a dedicated, experienced, reliable, and hardworking landscaping/snow plowing Foreperson to join our team of professionals.

Skills/Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Landscape and Snow removal Crew Lead  REQUIRED
  • 4+ years with snow plowing with a truck and/or machinery
  • Exceptional attitude and ability to work as a team and lead your crew
  • Self-motivated
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to be on your feet for the entire workday in all weather conditions
  • Experience leading a crew of 2-4 crew members.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the workday in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Punctual with a clean/professional appearance
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with customer service and engagement
  • Mechanical knowledge preferred

  • Experience with power/hand tools (trimmers, chainsaws, etc.)
  • Experience with landscaping machinery (skid steer, tractor, walk behind, bed edger, zero turn mowers, etc.)
  • Experience with bed enhancements inc. plants, flowers, trees, mulching, new turf lawn, etc
  • Experience with mulch/gravel/plants/lawn installation
  • Experience with operating various snow equipment (V-Plow, snow-rator, snow blower, salt box)
  • Knowledge of irrigation repair - great to have, not a must
  • Knowledge of construction, outdoor lighting, retaining walls, helpful

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday (occasionally  Saturdays)
  • Snow removal does require weekend work
  • Shifts from 8-12 hours
