Landscaper Summary:
This position involves completing a variety of landscaping duties such as planting, mulching, clean-ups, hardscape installation, grading, and property maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in landscaping, basic tree maintenance, and experience with outdoor equipment.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
  • Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, clean-ups, hardscape installation, and grading.
  • Assist with tree care operations, including cleanup of debris, stump grinding, and site restoration.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, such as power hand tools, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure job sites are clean and organized.
  • Work closely with team members to enhance properties and follow instructions as directed.
  • Install hardscaping elements such as edging, walkways, and small retaining walls (as needed).
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies for daily job assignments.
  • Communicate with clients and team members to ensure job expectations are met every day.

Qualifications:
  • Valid license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred)
  • Minimum 1-2 years in landscaping or a related field.
  • Knowledge of planting, trimming, grading, and landscape maintenance.
  • Ability to operate power tools, blowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines and proper equipment use.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to wear necessary PPE
  • Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Proficiency in operating and servicing all required tools and equipment
  • Clean driver's license
