Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support a landscape maintenance crew on a daily basis
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and professional team environment
  • Train and mentor crew members on proper landscape maintenance techniques and safety procedures
  • Oversee mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, bed maintenance, and seasonal landscape services
  • Ensure all properties meet company quality standards and reflect the Bumgardners name
  • Identify landscape issues and communicate recommendations to supervisors
  • Perform hands-on landscape work alongside crew members as needed
  • Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
