Summary:

Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape, a leading landscaping company serving the picturesque region of the Rocky Mountains, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and client-centric individual to join our team as a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager. The Account Manager acts as the main point of contact between Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape and their assigned maintenance clients. They are expected to develop and maintain close relationships with high-end residential and commercial maintenance clients, represent Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape in a professional manner, and uphold the outstanding reputation the company holds within the industry.

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is from $85,000-$110,000 annually and also includes a commission projection of $10,000-$15,000 per year based on average annual sales.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop and maintain close relationships with high-end residential and commercial maintenance clients
Act as the primary liaison between the client and Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape while overseeing the satisfactory completion of contracted landscape maintenance services
Prepare annual maintenance bids for existing and new clients (pricing for enhancements, seasonal color installs, holiday lighting etc.)
Consult, design/estimate, and manage both full-service landscape maintenance packages as well as landscape installations for existing clientele
Coordinate with various internal divisions as well as sub-contractors to provide total landscape care and one point of contact for clientele
Design award worthy annual color displays for clientele as necessary
Diagnose and develop solutions for problems that come up in landscapes including but not limited to: turf disease/inadequate moisture, plant pruning timing and needs, improper drainage, plant disease/inadequate moisture
Safely follow industry standards and regulations


ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Current and clean MVR
Values client satisfaction
Ability to prioritize job duties and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Effective oral and written communication skills (Bi-Lingual is a plus!)
Familiarity with operating basic computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
2-3 Years of similar job responsibilities in landscape industry or applicable college education
Knowledge of tree & shrub species adapted to temperate zones 4-6 and native to Colorado
Ability to diagnose pest, nutrient, or other landscaping issues impacting trees, shrubs, and lawns


PREFERRED EXPERINCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business, Horticulture, Agricultural Science, Landscape Maintenance, Agronomy, Floriculture, Forestry, Plant and Soil Science, Environmental Design, Turf Grass or Landscape Architecture
5+ years of field experience and possess strong horticultural and irrigation background preferred
Bilingual (Spanish)
