Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to supervise and work alongside a landscape construction crew while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and with our quality standards in mind.

Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing daily site operations for landscape construction crew
  • Coordinating the equipment and materials needed for each project
  • Supervising and training crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspects
  • Maintaining project schedules and completing landscape construction projects within deadlines
  • Overseeing quality control on job sites
  • Safely operating equipment such as a loaders, skid steers, and excavators to perform landscape construction projects
  • Loading/unloading cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials 
  • Reading landscape plans and providing landscape material layouts
  • Daily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members 
  • Ensuring equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
